Ways To Easily Adjust Your Reading Glasses at Home

Change How High the Glasses Sit

If your glasses are too high, gently push the nose pads apart to lower the height. If the glasses are too low, push the nose pads together.

The tightness of your glasses is a bit harder to change, but it’s possible. All it takes is proper support of your glasses with your non-dominant hand and a gentle push in the right direction. You should push the end pieces with your dominant hand, inward to tighten and outward to loosen.
